Bethany Walton
Director of Operations
Bethany is our director of operations. She keeps things running from behind the scenes. She is an Arizona native who moved to Tennessee in 2011. She studied at Pima Community College where she earned an associate’s degree in Business Administration. Bethany is a wife and mother of two boys. She enjoys kayaking and going to the dirt track with her husband.
Lauren is a Chiropractic Therapy Assistant (CTA) at Carthage Family Chiropractic. She was born and raised in Carthage, TN. She's always had a desire to work in the medical field and help people in anyway she can. She got her CNA in the summer of 2023 and began working on her CTA in the fall of 2023. Lauren enjoys being involved in her church, snowboarding, traveling, running, and shopping.

Charlie Savage
Billings Specialist
Charlie is our billing and insurance specialist. She is from Jackson County, but moved to Carthage in 2014. She studied billing and coding at Bryant and Stratton college and earned her degree in 2024. Charlie is the mother of one boy and two girls that she spends all her time with. If she’s not with her kids you can find her with her nose in a book!
