Spinal Manipulation and Adjustment

Chiropractic adjustments to the spinal column can ease pain, enhance joint motion, improve your posture, and help your nervous system function normally.

Chiropractic spinal manipulation can be performed safely on most individuals of all ages, including newborns. An initial evaluation analyzes your spinal alignment, checking for any imbalances that may be producing your health challenges. We will ensure that you are a good candidate for chiropractic adjustment before proceeding. Repeated adjustments help the body accept the changes in joint position, although you may feel substantial relief almost immediately.

Spinal Decompression

Decompression therapy is a non-surgical procedure that effectively treats disabling low back, neck, radiating leg and arm pain, and headaches by reducing the pressure on spinal discs and facet joints through unloading created by distraction and positioning.

Decompressin therapy is a highly successful treatment for patients suffering from bulging, herniated, degenerative or ruptured discs as well as sciatica, carpal tunnel syndrome, and many failed back surgery cases. This treatment helps patients avoid the risk of aesthesia, surgical complications, and the potential of failed back surgery.

Deep Tissue Laser Therapy

Laser therapy is a medical treatment that uses focused light to stimulate a process called photobiomodulation (PBM). During PBM, photons enter the tissue and trigger a biological cascade of events that leads to an increase in cellular metabolism, which can decrease pain and inflammation and accelerate the healing process.

Cupping

Cupping soothes the nervous system, creating a parasympathetic “rest and digest” response. The negative pressure from cupping pulls these waste products up and flushes out. Helping to facilitate new fresh blood coming in and aiding with final clean up. The vacuum formed by cupping brings old stagnant blood and cellular waste to the surface and away from the affected tissue. Now fresh, healthy new blood and fluid can circulate to the area bringing in fresh oxygen, blood cells and nutrients to the area.

Kinesio Taping

The Kinesio Taping method is a therapeutic taping technique which alleviates pain and facilitates lymphatic drainage by microscopically lifting the skin. This lifting effect forms convolutions in the skin, increasing interstitial space and allowing for decreased inflammation in affected areas.

Graston

This instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization decreases scar tissue formation and fascial restrictions caused by musculoskeletal injuries such as muscle strains and tendonitis. The technique has been shown to decrease surgical scar appearance, increase flexibility, and decrease pain.

Assisted Lymphatic Therapy (ALT)

Assisted Lymphatic Therapy (ALT) is a gentle, light touch non-invasive technique to stimulate the proper flow and drainage of the lymphatic system. A combination of vibrational, light, and electrical waves help to stimulate the flow by causing the dissociation of proteins that have become trapped in the interstitium. When trapped proteins (not to be confused with nutrient proteins) release their bond, the stagnant lymph is liberated and will flow out into its normal filtration and reabsorption channels. One ALT session is equal to ten manual lymphatic drainage sessions.

Dry Needling

Inflamed areas of the muscle are known as myofascial trigger points. They often feel like small knots underneath the skin. One of the ways we treat trigger points is a technique called dry needling. With dry needling, a thin needle is gently inserted through the skin directly into the affected muscle.

Infrared Sauna

Infrared sauna heat increases your blood circulation to help stimulate the sweat glands, releasing built up toxins in the body which can then be eliminated by the liver and bowels. Regular infrared sauna sessions can help detoxify your body as it rids itself of accumulated highly toxic metals.

Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy

Hyperbaric Oxygen Chamber Therapy (HBOT) helps wound healing by bringing oxygen-rich plasma to tissue starved for oxygen. Wound injuries damage the body's blood vessels, which release fluid that leaks into the tissues and causes swelling. This swelling deprives the damaged cells of oxygen, and tissue starts to die.

Normatec Compression Therapy

This compression massage for your legs and hips helps improve blood flow, speeds up muscle recovery, reduces swelling and inflammation, removes lactic acid, and much more.

Balanced Health Allergy Testing

The scanning we do provides a wide range of insights, including levels of bioenergetic stress within your system performance, nutritional and hormonal imbalances, general categories of resonating toxins, food and environmental sensitivities along with a balancing regimen.

Therapeutic Ultrasound

If you struggle with a soft tissue injury, chronic joint inflammation, chronic connective tissue strain, or painful scar tissue accumulation around muscles, you should know about the healing benefits of therapeutic ultrasound.

Roll Table

The Roll Table mobilizes the spinal column positively affecting not only the vertebrae, but also the discs, ligaments, muscles, and tendons. While laying face-up on the table, the rollers gently move up and down the spine.

Nutritional Counseling

Our doctors tend toward an integrated approach to physical wellness, with "whole body" treatment that encourages lifestyle and nutritional changes, meditation, and relaxation, physical and mental exercise, and positive reinforcement.

Footlevelers Scan

Come in and step aboard the high-tech Foot Levelers Kiosk to see if custom-made orthotics might be right for you. In just a few seconds, the scanner will show how well your feet are functioning.

Flexion Distraction

This is a safe, non-surgical and pain free technique aimed at increasing movement of the spine. This treatment consists of a non-force procedure that takes pressure off the spinal nerves that may be injured or dysfunctional.

Myofascial Therapy

Myofascial therapy is used for treating skeletal muscle immobility and pain. This is a hands-on treatment that utilizes gentle, sustained pressure into the Myofascial connective tissue restrictions to relax contracted muscles, improve blood and lymphatic circulation, and stimulates the stretch reflex in muscles.
